FAUDI cartridge filter Type C24

In power generation, modern power plants have to meet high requirements in terms of environmental protection, efficiency, safety and availability. These requirements apply equally to the filter systems used in the power plants for the purpose of condensate treatment.

We helped our customer to meet these special requirements and provided him with a solution that ensures safe and efficient filtration operation.
In this cartridge filter system, installed in a gas-fired power plant, condensate treatment is achieved by continuous mechanical filtration in bypass to the main stream without filter aids. The innovative filter cartridges provide high separation efficiencies and efficient in-situ cleaning by backwashing with the water-air method.

This filter system continuously cleans approx. 210 tons of condensate per hour in a redundant plant configuration (2x 100%) with a filter fineness of
3 µm.
